Shortstop inducted in 2011

Barry Larkin was a part of the postseason eight years, three times with his teams finishing 1st.  With the Hitmen he really put himself on the map in 1992, batting .361, with 27 HRs, 101 RBIs, & 99 runs scored.  Interestingly he only batted .260 with zero longballs the season before.  In 1996 Larkin stole 51 bases & scored 125 runs, to go along with a .311 average, leading Green Rock to a 1st place finish.  The Bombers won the Championship in 1997 when Barry had his best season, whacking 42 HRs to go along with 121 RBIs, scoring 116 runs, and batting .297.  Playing shortstop, he was a five tool player, who had a knack for coming up with the big hit.
